Latest Update: The Air Raid Warning System
Google has integrated air raid warning systems into Android phones in Ukraine, which will only be used to send notification about potential air raids. It features a red warning triangle icon and is sent by Google Play Service. Users can click a tap to change settings. The air raid warning format will take the following format:

About Google Play Services
Google Play Services is very closely linked to Android system itself, and it runs as a background service in the Android operating system. The APK is offered through the Google Play Store, so updates to it are not dependent on OEM system image updates.
