Pros:

  • The reminder function comes in very handy.

Cons:

  • Too many steps for signing up.
  • No time menu to set the exit time as an alternative option to just adding time.
  • Fee charging is disturbing.
  • The app doesn't ring when the session is almost over.

Pay with ParkChicago or ParkChicago Pay Box. 

How do I reset my pin?

  • Go to the Login screen in the app and click on Reset PIN.
  • For security reasons, you need to insert the credit card information linked to the account. 
  • Verify payment details.
  • Create a new PIN and click on Reset Pin.

How do I change my payment details?

  • Navigate to the Menu to access options under Settings.
  • Select Account Balance.
  • Update Payment Card.
  • Enter in the new credit card information.
  • Hit Save.
