November 4, 2021: Automated Folders & New Tagging System
To help users organize their files in a more efficient way, Dropbox is introducing several new tools, including Automated Folders and Tagging System.
Automated Folders use predefined rules to automatically perform tasks such as naming, sorting, tagging and more. Every time new files are added to an automated folder, they will be automatically renamed and grouped into subfolders following a certain pattern. Though the rules are currently predefined, Dropbox is working to bring more customization options, which will enable users to create their own rules.
Dropbox has also added a new tagging system for files and folders. Users can add tags to their files and folders, and when they need to find these files, they can simply search the keywords. These new features are currently only available for team users and will be coming soon to individual and family users.

Operating Guide
* Uploading Video. Firstly you need to know how much size of your Dropbox account can save, then upload the video to Dropbox. It is not only you are uploading the video, so you need to be patient in this step.
* Online Watching. You only need a computer that can log in the Dropbox, and then you can see the videos you have uploaded. After you have registered in the Dropbox account, you can see the list of files and folders stored.
